An Oklahoma-based American Indian tribe whose historic buildings were damaged last year in the state's largest recorded earthquake has filed a lawsuit against several oil companies in its own tribal court system.

Since small ones strike so often, Andrew KnifeChief with the Pawnee Nation said they know how to search for even minor earthquake damage.
